Joy is the “normal” state of mind –

In order to experience JOY  "I" must leave
bitterness, anger and rancor --

I must deny bitterness

It seems we are born in bitterness

bitter water is our lot for a time

Joy only comes to us sporadicaly

To meet joy I must renounce her opposite.

I let go of bitterness

to enter my joy

For a time I wept in the valley of tears

For a time darkness enveloped me

I now leave darkness

I welcome clarity

I welcome beauty

I must break the contract — with rancour

SOUNDING THROUGH

IS THE PATH OF  ”SELF EXPRESSION”

I am so happy and grateful that I no longer strive with my self.

I am free and I flow forth

I  value my self.  I affirm that I am of great worth

A pearl of great price,  in fact, priceless

I let the awareness of my VALUE grow in me

I reflect on how valuable I Am

I ‘appreciate’ my value

I am Value – Able

“I” value who I Am

I embrace how valuable I Am

I appreciate – “I” – appreciate my worth

I Am worth more than I can imagine

I Am worthy of appreciating my worth

I Am worthy of infinite LOVE.

I appreciate how worthy I Am

I am the pearl of great price

I am a pearl

coming out of its shell

I Am Able to Value My Self

“I” give value to who I Am

I Am value-able

I am able to value who I Am.

“I” ascribe value, for I am able to do so.

I determine my worth

I declare my self-worth

To do so I must let go beliefs of unworthiness.

Worthlessness is relegated to the past.

I ‘thought‘ I was worthless

I believed I was worthless and of no value

of no consequence.

I disparaged who I Am

I hated and despised the Gift that I Am

But, NO MORE.

That time has gone.

I awaken to my ‘POWER’

I awaken to my strength

I awaken to love

I awaken to how loved I Am

I declare that I am loved

I declare that I am worthy of love

I declare the worth that I am

I Am the pearl of great price

The priceless pearl

I am worth more that I can imagine or think!

I am valuable

I am Value-Able

I imagine how Good it feels to be loved

without limit or conditions

I deserve to experience this limitless love

I appreciate

I am the Jeweler

I appreciate how valuable I am

I appreciate my value

I am worth more than I can imagine.

I understand – that I am made in the image of God

I set my will to contemplate my TRUTH

Made in the image of God

I am the way, the truth and the life.

I am Joy, Peace, Gratitude

I am pure delight — that is who I Am

There is none other like me!

I am precious beyond reckoning

I reckon I am worth more than I can imagine.

I reckon I am precious enough

for the Creator to deny Itself and to make space for me

I am the New Thing

I am the beauty

I am the apple of the Creator’s eye

I am worthy of love

I am order and symmetry and beauty

I am alluring to love.

I am full of gratitude-

for awareness

The gift of awareness awakens me to my worth.

I am precious to the eye of the beholder

My eye declares that I am worth more than I can imagine.

I leave bitterness behind

I renounce bitterness and self hate

I let it go

And Behold joy is my lot, JOY is my truth

I no sooner release the lies

that I “Radiate” joy!

This is my natural state

and I let myself bask in it,  in who I am.

I radiate new life — energy — power — enthusiasm — JOY — DELIGHT!

I am made new into the image of God as I contemplate and embrace the TRUTH OF WHO I AM

As I radiate

I draw new life

I regenerate

I am a fruitful vine

I generate new ‘vibes’

and I spiral upward

leaving behind

tendencies to despair.

As I leave them

I grow to become Brighter and Brighter into the RADIANCE I AM

I believe

I am thus made strong

I affirm my worth

I grow stronger

I love who I am

I grow in power to share myself

I speak

I express my self

I imagine there is no limit to my worth

I am worth infinitely more than I can imagine

THAT– i can imagine!

and so it is.

Rest! How Important Is It In the Creative Process?

In the beginning was the word. The word to be expressed needed a space.

The word was conceived in the invisible.

A breath was taken and time and space appeared.

The Law of the Spirit of Life spoke

and there was LIGHT and that light was the Life of creation.

Breath carried the form of the Word into manifestation and what was invisible now became visible and audible.

Relationship was now on a whole new level and here I am.

Here we are.  Hello.

And the story goes that on the 7th day God rested.

Last night I was reading an interesting article called, “The Law of Attraction and the ‘ultradian rest response’.“  by a couple of guys called Henk and Nicholas.

Have you ever experienced in the course of your day a feeling of being totally diffused and incoherent.  It might also come with an extraordinary feeling of being tired and directionless.

Well I have and in reading this article they said that that state was really INTUITION telling us that it needs some down time, some meditation time in order to move you up to the next level.  So it is important to ’stop’ at those moments and to focus or meditate or play, whatever feels good for you.

The I Am

UNITY.                

Today I am choosing to share with you an idea that I got from the reading of an Essay, by Thomas Troward entitled: The I Am.

The main idea that stands out for me is that our human tendency is to see ourselves seperate from each other and our Source or Creator.  This essay does a great job illustrating how we must learn to see ourselves as a ‘whole’ in order to manifest our purpose.

In the law of Attraction as popularly understood we need to simply ‘wish’ for something and it will manifest.  In the understanding of Troward –  WE FIRST NEED TO SEE OURSELVES AS WHOLE.

I NEED TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND THAT GOD IS NOT ‘OUT’ THERE AND I AM HERE.  Rather

I need to grasp that God and me is the same thing.  There is no separation between what is called God and me and you and me.  We are ONE.

I need to see the whole and as I remember that I am Universal and Individual all at the same time.  As I rise into that awareness I understand that I am the ’cause’ of the life I see outside of me.  The more I come into the awareness of UNITY, I come to express my truth as naturally as water flowing down a hill.  I stop trying to change the circumstances of my life.  I see and identify with the truth and I shape my world from within.

Troward does need repeated listening to begin to understand, so I encourage you to be patient knowing it is in your capacity and mine to really understand this stuff.  I dare say it is the will of God.

The Law of the Spirit of Life

Today I’m reminded that the Law of the Spirit of life sets me free.

Sets me free from what? – from the law of sin and death.

These days we hear so much about the LAWS that govern the Universe.

• There is the law of Attraction

• The law of Cause and Effect

• The law of supply

And so on.

But the law of the Spirit of Life is the Principle of Life that is the Spirit. It is LIFE

ITSELF!

Spirit is LIFE itself.  It is RELATIONSHIP.

What I am set free from is what scripture referred to as the Law of Sin and Death.

That’s just a fancy way of saying trying to live from my own strength based on some

sort or rules.  If I do this, I will get that, and I can control my life.

Life is Life. It just is.

There is no external controlling of it.

Today I am reminded that that the Principle that is Life i.e. THE SPIRIT is someone

I am in relationship with.

As I learn to relate to LIFE itself I am set free from the burden of judgment and accusation and self hate and hatred of others and ‘right’ and ‘wrong’.  There is no SEPARATION.

I Am Free.  Life just IS…   I AM

You are with me, ONE.  I AM.

It’s lovely isn’t it?

For Freedom you have been set Free

The words of St. Paul resound in my heart today.  “It is for freedom that we have been set free.”

I assume that each ‘person’ is FREE.

A definition of Spirit that I like is; That which is not conditioned by ‘time’ or ’space’.  Spirit is not held captive within time and space. It is Free.

Then I notice that I am “aware” of Spirit.

I believe Spirit is the Mind of God.

I believe I am freedom.  I dwell in freedom.

The only prison —— is my mind and its system of beliefs.

I believe

• That the mind of God is ACCESSIBLE TO ALL
• IT is there for the using
• That MIND is the very strength of my mind
• That MIND is my mind

I am ONE with that MIND.  It is for freedom that I am created.

It is recorded by those who were in concentration camps for a number of years that when the day of freedom came,  those prisoners did not know how to be free anymore.  They had to ‘relearn’ -FREEDOM.

In an earlier blog I mentioned Mary as the Ancient Doorway.  Mary, the mother of Jesus is the state of FAITH.  So really FAITH is the doorway to understanding I am FREE.

Freedom is all around but I’ve learned to identify with the hard lessons and emotional beatings that told me I was a prisoner.

I buried my person.

Today I’m hearing again that – freedom is all around -

I am relearning freedom

I do that by ‘FAITH’  that I am in the Mind of God

This Mind is my mind to use

FAITH IS ‘TO BE SURE’ –  IT IS “SURENESS”

even that sureness is a GIFT for the taking.  I BELIEVE

I AM FREE

I claim it I dwell in Spirit — the Mind of God — dare I believe it?  Yes.

I affirm it.  I stand strong in the TRUTH

By Faith I receive the promise of the SPIRIT.  I am outside of time and space.

I claim the freedom i am made in.  It is for me.  I choose to relearn it… NOW

There is really only on Person seeking to Sound Through.  That person is FREEDOM

It is the Christ Consciousness (don’t let the word Christ throw you off)

The Christ Consciousness, the Mind of God, the Spirit is there for the taking it is the Substance in which I live and move and have my being.

Each one of use receives an invitation to — take our place, consciously, in the One Person, the One Consciousness.

As each of us does, I believe the Person that is the Christ Consciousness will indeed Sound Through and I will have learned to do what makes me come alive.  FREEDOM will manifest its true nature in my heart and so I will fulfill the truth that it is for freedom that I have been set free.

Here I stand.

It is a Good day.
